I don’t believe in hype business.
I don’t believe in looking rich before the business is stable.
And I don’t believe growth alone means success.

A business can be busy and still be dying.

So for me, the focus is always: cashflow, stock control, operations, people, systems and long-term sustainability.

I believe African businesses, especially Zimbabwean SMEs, need to stop operating emotionally and start operating strategically.

Most businesses don’t fail because the owner is lazy. They fail because there’s no structure.
No controls. No financial discipline. No clear understanding of margins, risk and scaling.

I like businesses that survive difficult environments.
Businesses that can handle pressure.
Businesses that are built properly behind the scenes.

I’d rather grow slower and build something solid than grow fast and collapse from poor systems.

And another thing: I separate business from appearances.
I’m not interested in impressing people. I’m interested in building assets, building leverage and building businesses that create freedom over time.

That’s how I think.
